Social Media and Connection

Today, April 18th 2013 is about 6 years after I started my blog.  I didn't know what a blog was back then and I got far enough along to make a few posts...  I didn't know what I really wanted to talk about.

Now I do.  I want to talk about social media and the way that humans feel connection.

For Phish fans, this is going to be totally game-changing if the song actually catches on within the NFL.  I mean, I can only IMAGINE the funny jokes, phish-isms, and other memes that will get circulated if it happens.

And, I'm working on the Happy Pussy movement which is going to take the world by storm in a few short weeks.  

What impresses me the most is how seemingly unconnected things suddenly connect and create way more energy between people than was there before.

So the most recent tweet from Deepak Chopra said:  Agree RT @SagesScientists Awareness is collective. We all draw it from a common source. The people in your life reflect aspects of yourself.

I also agree, and I love seeing how all the influences in my life are playing together and helping me create more connection between people.
